About Tyler

Tyler Yoho earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2018. He finished law school during a period of change in the Florida legal community, and he moved quickly into practice. Those early years shaped his approach to case work and client contact.

After graduation he began working in the private sector. He handled a range of matters that required courtroom appearances, brief writing and client counseling. He built practical skills through hands-on files rather than through headlines. Colleagues describe him as methodical in file preparation and direct in oral argument.

He maintains current membership in professional legal organizations, staying connected to peers and continuing legal education. That involvement keeps him current on procedural shifts and recent decisions that affect daily practice. He has attended panels and seminars aimed at trial practice and case management.

His work emphasizes legal research and litigation preparation. He spends a substantial portion of his time drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and developing trial strategy. He also meets regularly with clients to set expectations and to map out practical solutions to disputes.

Tyler approaches each case with an eye for detail. He breaks complex problems into manageable parts and explains options in plain language. In court he focuses on clear, concise presentations. In office meetings he stresses organization and realistic timelines.

Today he continues to practice law, applying the skills he developed after earning his degree. He represents clients in courtroom work and client counseling, and he concentrates on delivering practical legal services that address both immediate needs and longer-term implications.

He currently focuses his practice on representing clients through litigation and related proceedings.
