About Tyler

Tyler Stull earned his Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University in 2008 and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a J.D. in 2013. Those years framed his transition from undergraduate studies to the practice of law. His legal education in Miami gave him exposure to a broad range of subjects and prepared him for work in the Florida bar.

After law school he established his practice in Florida and now is admitted to practice in that state. Over the years he has maintained active professional memberships and stayed engaged with the legal community. He draws on classroom training and practical courtroom experience when advising clients and presenting matters to judges.

Stull's career has been marked by steady movement into private practice. He joined Conrad & Scherer, LLP, where he handles client matters at the firm’s Florida offices. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and straightforward in client communications. He balances written advocacy and oral argument and pays close attention to procedural details.

He keeps current on developments in state law and procedure. That attentiveness helps in assessing risk and in setting realistic expectations for clients. Stull also spends time mentoring junior lawyers and associates at the firm, working through factual investigations and refining argument strategies. He avoids overstating outcomes and focuses on practical paths forward in each matter.

Today he practices at Conrad & Scherer, LLP in Florida and concentrates on matters arising under Florida law. He maintains professional memberships and continues to build his practice in the state.
