About Tyler F.
Tyler F. Clark began his academic journey at California State University, Chico, earning a B.A. in political science in 2005. He moved on to Southwestern Law School and received his J.D. in 2008. Those years shaped an interest in the laws that govern workplaces and public institutions.
Early practical experience came during law school. In 2007 he served as a judicial extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and worked as a law clerk for the California Department of Justice. After law school he spent time clerking at the State Bar of California in 2008. Before turning to law, Clark served as an avionics mechanic in the U.S. Army National Guard in 2000. That technical, disciplined background remains a recurring theme in how he approaches complex factual problems.
Clark launched his private-practice career in 2009 as a founding lawyer of Clark & Divakaran LLP. Four years later he opened Clark Employment Law, APC, where he serves as owner and lead attorney. Over the course of those years he has handled litigation in state and federal forums and has taken cases through trial and settlement processes.
He is admitted to practice in California and is authorized to appear in United States District Court across all districts. His professional memberships include the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization that recognizes trial attorneys who have won significant verdicts and settlements.
Clark’s practice centers on employment matters. He represents individuals in disputes arising from the workplace and brings cases in both administrative and judicial settings. His experience spans pre-litigation advocacy, administrative claims, and courtroom litigation. Colleagues describe him as methodical and direct; opposing counsel often note his preparedness.
Outside the office he has maintained ties to bar associations and practice groups that reflect his professional interests. Those memberships keep him engaged with developments in employment law and trial practice. He continues to lead Clark Employment Law, APC, representing employees in employment-related litigation and workplace disputes.
