About Trisha L.
Trisha L. Ryan earned her undergraduate degree from Hodges University before completing her law degree at Ave Maria School of Law in 2011. Her academic path set a clear course toward practice in Florida. The combination of a local undergraduate education and a regional law school gave her an early grounding in state law and community issues.
After law school, Ryan joined Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A. as an associate. She has built her practice at that firm, taking on a range of matters handled by the office. Colleagues describe her as practical in approach and thorough in preparation. She works with other attorneys at the firm on cases that arise in state courts and administrative settings across Florida.
Ryan is admitted to practice in Florida. She draws on classroom training and courtroom experience to prepare legal documents, assess risk, and develop case strategies. In spoken and written work she favors clear, direct explanations. Clients and other lawyers say she pays attention to procedural detail and calendar demands, which shapes how she manages files and deadlines.
Her time at Ave Maria School of Law coincided with a period of active regional growth in legal services. That environment exposed her to litigation practice, client counseling, and negotiation. The education she received emphasized both legal theory and practice skills, and she applies that blend to everyday matters at the firm. She also returned to the fundamentals she learned at Hodges University when addressing local community concerns and client needs.
As an associate, Ryan collaborates with partners and support staff on discovery, hearings, and transactional work. She takes responsibility for drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and communicating developments to clients. Her workload is varied and often moves quickly from research to filing to client meetings. The firm’s offices provide the platform for that work, and she divides her time among them as cases require.
Outside the office, Ryan maintains connections to the legal community in Florida. She attends continuing legal education programs and participates in internal firm training. Her practice remains anchored at Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A., where she represents clients in matters across the state of Florida.
She is currently engaged in client representation and case management at Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A., handling matters for clients drawn from across Florida.
