Tracy Lynn-Poston Shows is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Shows is the principal attorney and co-founder of Seasons Law P.C., a law firm located in Roseville, California. She has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout the greater Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Northern California.

Ms. Shows earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in 1994. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Southeast Missouri State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989. During her time at McGeorge School of Law, she developed a strong foundation in estate planning and probate law, which has been the focus of her legal career.

Ms. Shows concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate services. She assists clients with drafting wills, establishing trusts, and navigating the probate process. Her practice encompasses all stages of estate planning and administration, including initial consultations, document preparation, trust funding, and probate proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Shows has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Placer and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding Seasons Law P.C., she worked as an associate attorney at a boutique estate planning firm in Roseville for five years.

Ms. Shows is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She has been recognized for her contributions to the legal community, receiving the "Placer County Pro Bono Attorney" award from the Placer County Bar Association in 2015. She served two terms as a board member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council. In 2019, she was named "Best of the Best" by Style Magazine for Best Attorney, and in 2020, she was awarded the "Lawyers of Distinction" honor. Ms. Shows is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Northern California effectively.
