About Tracie Wright

Tracie Wright Reneau earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006. She moved into legal practice in Texas after graduating and has built a career centered on the state’s courts and legal community. Her education at St. Mary’s provided the foundation for courtroom work and client counseling that followed.

Early in her career Reneau established ties within the local bar. She joined the Comal County Bar Association in 2009 and has maintained that membership since. The association work has allowed her to stay connected to colleagues and developments in county practice, and it has kept her involved in local legal conversations.

Reneau is licensed to practice in Texas. She has practiced in the state for a number of years and regularly appears in matters handled at the county level. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. Clients see a lawyer who attends to details and follows through on procedural requirements.

Her work has been shaped by the practical demands of state practice. She handles filings, court appearances and the routine motions that shape most cases. She pays attention to deadlines. She prepares cases for hearings and trials when needed. That steady, procedural work makes up much of her day-to-day practice.

Outside the courtroom, Reneau remains connected to local legal structures. Her long-standing membership in the Comal County Bar Association keeps her in step with local rules and practice patterns. As of 2026 she continues to practice law in Texas, representing clients in state and local matters.
