Tom Nanney earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles before building a practice concentrated on disputes that arise after someone dies or loses capacity. He moved from legal study into courtroom work and client counseling, learning early how probate matters blend litigation technique with delicate personal and family issues.
He is admitted to practice in California, Kansas and Missouri and holds current memberships in the state bars of each jurisdiction. That multi-state admission allows him to handle matters that cross state lines and to appear in the courts where estates and trusts are being probated.
