Timothy R White built his legal foundation in the Midwest. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois 6Chicago in 1997 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001. Those years of study shaped his interests in administrative processes and the rules that govern public benefits.
He practices in Illinois and has long been involved in Social Security law.
