About Timothy
Timothy Lenahan began his legal journey at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2016. The curriculum and clinic work he completed there set the stage for a series of practical positions early in his career. Those roles exposed him to public and private sector legal work and helped shape his approach to employment and labor matters.
After law school, Lenahan moved into a sequence of internships and early staff roles. He worked as a legal intern at the Carroll County Lawyer’s Office in 2017 and spent 2018 as a legal intern with the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. In 2019 he served as a legal resident at Levine & Blit, PLLC, and the following year he took a law clerk position at Law by Levin. These positions gave him courtroom exposure and hands-on drafting experience across transactional and litigation tasks.
Lenahan returned to Levine & Blit in 2021 as an associate lawyer. In that role he handled discovery, client counseling, and a range of employment disputes. The associate position offered supervisory responsibilities on certain matters and expanded his client-facing work. He also became a member of the State Bar of New York in 2022, marking his formal entry into the New York legal community.
In 2024 Lenahan took on a lead role at Manifest Law, serving as the firm’s lead labor and employment lawyer. The move placed him in a position to manage case strategy, coordinate with outside counsel, and guide less-experienced attorneys on workplace-related matters. His daily work blends motion practice, negotiation, and advising employers and employees on compliance issues.
Colleagues describe Lenahan as methodical. He breaks complex statutes and regulations into practical steps for clients. He has handled matters that require both adversarial litigation and negotiated resolution. His background includes work at government-related entities and boutique plaintiff and defense practices, which gives him perspective on how different institutions approach employment law.
Outside the office, Lenahan maintains ties to professional networks in New York through his State Bar membership. He keeps current on legislative changes that affect labor standards and workplace policies. He also mentors junior lawyers on case management and professional development.
Lenahan practices in New York and centers his practice on labor and employment law, handling litigation, regulatory compliance, and workplace counseling for clients at Manifest Law.
