About Timothy

Timothy Burch is an attorney whose legal career spans more than two decades. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and finance from Washington State University in 1992 and completed his Juris Doctor at Arizona State University in 1995. Those formative academic years set the stage for steady work in private practice and firm environments.

He began his career in 1995 at Charles G. Monnett III & Associates. Early on he handled the day-to-day responsibilities that come with being a first-year lawyer. In 2002 he joined Campbell & Taylor, continuing to build experience in litigation and client representation. Two years later he opened his own practice, Burch Law Office, taking on the administrative role of owner while maintaining a caseload.

Over time his path led back into a firm setting. He later worked at The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, P.C., where he serves as a lawyer. That move returned him to a collaborative environment after several years managing his own office. The sequence gives him perspective from both sides of private practice: running a small firm and operating within an established office.

Burch is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Texas. He is a current member of the North Carolina State Bar and the State Bar of Texas. Those dual admissions shape how he approaches cross-jurisdictional matters and allow him to represent clients whose needs involve either state.

Colleagues describe him as steady and exacting in his work. He tends to favor clear legal analysis and practical solutions over rhetoric. His experience ranges across routine filings, client counseling and the procedural demands of civil practice. Having owned a solo firm and worked inside larger offices, he understands the organizational and procedural differences that affect how cases are managed.

His recent years of practice have been spent at The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, P.C. There he participates in the firm’s caseload while drawing on the experience he accumulated since entering the bar in the mid-1990s. He currently practices at The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, P.C., where his work centers on legal matters in North Carolina and Texas.
