Timothy Bowles is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Bowles is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Offices of Timothy Bowles, P.C., a law firm located at 1 S Fair Oaks Ave, Suite 301, Pasadena, CA 91105-1945. He has been practicing law for over 48 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Bowles earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he graduated in 1977. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971. During his time at UC Davis, he was actively involved in various legal organizations and gained practical experience through internships.
Mr. Bowles concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, health care law, employment law, and trademarks. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and trademark litigation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bowles has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Pasadena for several years.
Mr. Bowles is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Health Care Law and the American Health Lawyers Association. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Bowles is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
