About Tim
Tim Reynolds began his academic life studying numbers and systems. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Accounting from Auburn University in 1973, then turned to law and received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1976. His combination of business education and legal training shaped the way he approaches problems from the outset.
After law school Reynolds entered practice in Alabama. Over the years he has worked through the common demands faced by lawyers who serve businesses and individuals. He has seen the profession change around him. The arc of his career stretches across decades, and it reflects steady attention to technical detail and the habits that legal work requires: clear organization, careful analysis, and plain spoken communication.
Colleagues describe Reynolds as methodical and pragmatic. He tends to apply the discipline he learned in accounting to the puzzles that arise in legal files. That can mean parsing dense documents, identifying the financial dimensions of a dispute, or structuring agreements so the paperwork matches the parties’ intent. He has handled matters that required both legal reasoning and careful review of numbers.
Reynolds’s legal education was rooted in Alabama. He remained in the state to practice. That local continuity informed his understanding of state courts, statutes, and the business environment in which his clients operate. He is comfortable in settings that demand both technical skill and steady judgment.
Outside of casework he has maintained a steady focus on continuing professional development. He kept up with changes in the law and with new tools for managing legal practice. That ongoing attention helped him adapt as practice moved from paper files to electronic systems and as regulatory landscapes evolved.
Today Reynolds continues to practice law in Alabama. He draws on a background in industrial management, accounting and law to handle legal work for clients in the state. He currently practices law in Alabama.
