About Tim
Tim Reed began his academic journey in Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, then took his legal training at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he completed his J.D. His education provided the foundation for a steady path into private practice in his home state.
After law school Reed joined the Duncan Firm, P.A. as a lawyer in 2012. That year he also became a member of the State Bar of Arkansas, a status he retains. Those early years in a small-firm environment exposed him to the day-to-day demands of client work and the mechanics of running cases from intake to resolution.
A decade after entering practice, Reed launched his own firm. In 2022 he founded Reed Firm, P.A. and assumed the role of the firm’s founding lawyer. The move marked a transition from associate-level responsibilities to firm leadership. Reed has overseen the administrative and professional tasks that come with operating a private practice while continuing to see clients directly.
Colleagues describe Reed as steady and practical in approach. He is experienced in the routines of private practice: managing client relationships, preparing cases, and handling filings and hearings. His professional memberships and continuous standing with the State Bar of Arkansas reflect an ongoing commitment to practicing in that jurisdiction.
Reed keeps his practice anchored in Arkansas. He runs Reed Firm, P.A. and maintains active membership in the State Bar of Arkansas, where he has been listed since 2012. He now leads the Reed Firm, P.A., and concentrates his practice on serving clients through that office in Arkansas.
