About Tiffany

Tiffany Schramm began her path to law at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where she studied political science and Spanish and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2016. She stayed in Wisconsin for law school and completed her J.D. at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2018. Those years shaped her understanding of the state’s legal landscape and provided the classroom and clinic experience that many young attorneys rely on when they enter practice.

After law school, Schramm moved into private practice in Wisconsin. She joined Petit & Dommershausen, SC and has worked there since. Colleagues describe her as methodical in approach and steady under pressure; she takes time to build a clear record and to prepare files carefully. She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and maintains current memberships in local professional associations.

Her academic background reflects a mix of policy and language study. That combination allows her to read documents in Spanish and to think about legal problems against a wider social and civic backdrop. In practice, she balances legal research, client interviews, and drafting. She pays attention to detail in pleadings and in written correspondence, and she places weight on making sure procedural steps are completed on time.

Schramm’s work at the firm has involved collaborative projects with other attorneys. She participates in case strategy sessions and contributes to evidence review and motion preparation. She has also handled client intake and initial counseling. Her role has evolved from early assignments to greater responsibility on complex files, and she continues to expand the range of tasks she manages.

Outside the office, she stays connected to the legal community through association memberships. Those ties keep her current on local rules and practice notes. They also provide a network of peers she consults when a case raises novel questions or requires specialized expertise.

Her colleagues say she is approachable and clear in client meetings. She aims to give clients straightforward explanations of process and possible outcomes. She prepares for hearings and filings in a structured way, and she values follow-through.

She currently practices at Petit & Dommershausen, SC and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
