About Tiffany

Tiffany Coburn earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2012. She completed her legal education in Florida and built the early part of her career in that state. The Stetson curriculum and clinical opportunities shaped her approach to practical problem solving and courtroom preparation.

After law school, Coburn entered private practice and established herself within Florida’s legal community. She holds current membership in professional associations and participates in bar-related activities. Those memberships reflect ongoing ties to peers and continuing legal education, and they inform the practical work she does for clients.

Coburn is an attorney at Ogletree Deakins. At the firm she applies her training to matters arising under Florida law. Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and clear in legal writing. She handles matters that require careful fact development and steady attention to procedural detail. She has worked on cases that moved through pretrial phases and those that required focused resolution strategies.

Her practice involves both advocacy and counseling. That combination means she spends time drafting pleadings and motions and also advising clients on compliance and risk management. She prepares witnesses for hearings and discusses practical next steps with clients after key rulings. Her courtroom work is balanced by client-facing tasks that aim to reduce exposure and clarify legal obligations.

Outside of casework, Coburn continues to engage with the legal community in Florida through association activities and educational programs. She keeps up with changes in state law and procedural rules so she can respond promptly to client needs. Her current practice focuses on counseling and representing clients at Ogletree Deakins.
