About Thomas
Thomas Pascaris trained at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 2009. He built his legal foundation in a law school known for practical training. The diploma marked the start of a steady rise in private practice.
He launched Pascaris Law Office, PLLC in 2011. That early venture put him in charge of case selection, client intake and the day-to-day management of a small firm. Running his own office gave him real-world experience on both the legal and business sides of practice. It also taught him to prioritize clarity with clients and to manage competing deadlines.
In 2016 he moved into a partnership role at ALL LAW, PLLC. The change from sole practitioner to partner brought a different set of responsibilities. He began coordinating with other attorneys and contributing to firm strategy. The partner title reflected a shift toward collaborative practice while retaining the hands-on client work he had carried through from his earlier practice.
Across those years in private practice he worked exclusively in Michigan. His professional life has been rooted in the state’s courts and legal culture. That continuity has allowed him to develop working knowledge of local procedures and to maintain long-term professional relationships in the region.
Colleagues describe his approach as practical and straightforward. He favors plain language in client communications. He also keeps client files organized and accessible. Those are small habits, but they shape how he manages matters and how clients perceive progress.
Pascaris has balanced casework with the administrative demands of running and then helping to run a firm. He has handled intake, drafted pleadings, negotiated on behalf of clients and overseen case strategy. His time as a solo practitioner combined with his role as a partner gives him perspective on both ends of firm scale.
Outside the office he has remained connected to the legal community in Michigan through professional contacts and ongoing practice. He continues to base his work at ALL LAW, PLLC. He currently practices at ALL LAW, PLLC and handles matters throughout Michigan.
