About Thomas J. Giordano

Thomas J. Giordano Jr. earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Camden in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Towson University in 2001. His academic years prepared him for the courtroom and for work on complex administrative matters. He graduated into a legal market that values both trial skill and technical knowledge.

He is a founding partner of Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano. Over the years he has helped shape the firm's approach to litigation and client advocacy. He works on matters that require courtroom presence and administrative advocacy, and he has built experience representing clients before tribunals and judges.

Giordano maintains memberships in several professional organizations tied to trial work and disability law. He belongs to the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and to the Social Security Disability Law Section of the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and of both the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations. He holds membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar Association as well.

Outside the courtroom he serves on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania. That role places him at the intersection of legal practice and nonprofit governance. It also gives him regular exposure to the issues that affect clients who seek disability benefits and other services.

Colleagues describe Giordano as methodical in preparing cases and steady during hearings. He approaches cases by combining factual investigation with procedural work. He moves a case forward through written advocacy, evidence development, and trial presentation when necessary. His memberships reflect an orientation toward Social Security disability law and trial litigation, and those are recurring themes in his professional life.

He maintains an active practice at Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano. There he represents clients in matters that involve Social Security disability claims and related trial litigation, handling administrative hearings and courtroom proceedings as needed.

He continues to participate in bar and specialty organizations and in nonprofit board work while practicing at the firm, where his work centers on Social Security disability and trial litigation.
