This significant case arose from the company's refusal to allow former employees to participate in a new stock price after it had been raised.

In addition to his work in trial law, Mr. Frenn has been involved in significant appellate cases, including Frisch v. Henrichs, 2007 WI 102, and Allied Insurance Center Inc. v. His contributions to legal scholarship include co-authoring chapters on "Buying and Selling a Small Business" and "Non-Stock Corporation Act Chapter 181" in the Business Advisor Series published by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
