About Thomas Charles Sinowski

Thomas Charles Sinowski II took a traditional path into the law, beginning his studies at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and completing his legal education at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Those years shaped his understanding of the region and its legal community. Classwork and clinics at John Marshall exposed him to courtroom procedure and client counseling, experiences he later carried into local practice.

Early in his career he became active in the Paulding County Bar Association. He served as vice president in 2019 and was president in 2020. Those roles placed him at the center of county bar activities, from member programs to local legal education events. He also maintains membership in the State Bar of Georgia, a status he holds currently.

His work has been concentrated in private practice at Cohen & Sinowski, P.C. There he has handled matters that arise in county and state forums. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive to clients who need clear explanations of procedure and options. The association leadership roles he has held gave him a closer view of how local courts and bar organizations operate.

Outside of formal titles, Sinowski’s day-to-day practice involves a mix of client intake, case preparation and courtroom appearances. He has built a practice that leans on practical solutions. He balances negotiation and litigation where appropriate and aims to keep clients informed at each step. His approach reflects the practical training he received both in Alabama and Atlanta.

Local bar work has been a consistent element of his professional life. Serving in leadership for the Paulding County Bar Association gave him a platform to work with other lawyers on continuing legal education and community outreach. That engagement has kept him connected to changes in local practice and rules.

Today he practices law at Cohen & Sinowski, P.C. in Georgia. His work centers on representing clients in Georgia courts and advising local individuals and businesses on their legal matters.
