About Theodore Joseph

Theodore Joseph Feldsher began his academic path studying politics and global affairs. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Global Studies from American Jewish University in 2014. Four years later he enrolled at California Western School of Law. He completed his legal studies there, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2022 after beginning the program in 2018.

He moved into practice in California shortly after law school. He is admitted to practice in the state and took a role at a regional firm that handles accident-related claims. Early on he worked on case preparation, client interviews and drafting pleadings. That hands-on work shaped how he approaches files: methodical, document-driven and oriented toward resolving factual disputes.

His work has been rooted in civil litigation tied to roadway and personal injury matters. He has experience developing demand packages, coordinating with medical providers and preparing for depositions. He has handled settlement negotiations and assisted in trial preparation. He often manages the day-to-day aspects of cases, so that clients have one consistent point of contact from intake through resolution.

Colleagues describe him as practical and detail-oriented. He is comfortable sorting complex medical records and insurance policies to identify key issues. On larger files he coordinates with experts and outside investigators to assemble evidence. He also advises clients early about process and likely timelines, which can reduce surprises later in a case.

Outside the office he maintains ties to the legal community in California. He keeps up on changes in procedural rules and insurance practices that affect accident litigation. He is also attentive to client communication, making a point of explaining legal steps in plain language.

He practices at California Accident Form, APC, where he handles accident and related civil claims in California.
