About Tanvir
Tanvir Joshi earned his Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2014, after beginning his legal studies in 2010. He completed a program known for a heavy practical component, where students move quickly from classroom exercises to client-facing simulations. That schooling provided him a foundation in California practice and state procedure.
After law school Joshi entered practice in California. He is licensed to practice in the state and built experience handling matters that arise under California law. Early in his career he worked on a variety of cases and matters that required courtroom preparation, document drafting and client counseling. Over time that work informed how he approaches representation: methodical preparation, careful attention to procedure and clear communication with clients.
Joshi established his own practice, Joshi Law Office, where he manages day-to-day operations and client work. Leading a small office means he handles both legal tasks and practice management. He often meets clients personally and oversees case strategy from intake through resolution.
Colleagues describe him as practical and direct in the way he handles client issues. He prefers clear explanations over legalese. When a case requires court appearances he prepares thoroughly. When a matter can be resolved outside the courthouse he pursues that path without sacrificing thoroughness.
Throughout his career he has relied on the networks formed in law school and in the local legal community. Those relationships provide a resource for research, expert referrals and procedural guidance. He keeps current on California rules and typical procedural changes so his office can respond quickly to developments that affect client cases.
Joshi serves a local client base in California and balances litigation-related tasks with transactional and advisory work when needed. His office handles intake, case assessment and representation across matters that depend on state law. He remains active in litigation practice while also managing client counseling and document work for everyday legal needs.
He currently practices at Joshi Law Office and concentrates on matters arising under California law.
