About Tamra
Tamra Albritton earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2016 after beginning her legal studies in 2013. Her time in law school coincided with a period of practical training opportunities at the Oklahoma legal community, where she developed a hands-on approach to client work and courtroom procedure. She left law school prepared to enter practice in Oklahoma and has practiced there since.
After obtaining her J.D., Albritton established her own practice. Early years in private practice gave her direct experience handling a range of civil matters. She built a caseload that required both courtroom appearances and negotiated resolutions. Those first cases shaped her approach: careful fact development, straightforward client communication, and attention to procedural detail.
Over the years Albritton has handled matters that required both litigation and transactional skill. She has worked on cases involving contract disputes, small business concerns, and family-related issues. In court she has taken motions and hearings and pursued trial preparation when cases could not be settled. Outside the courtroom she has advised clients on agreements and on navigating regulatory or local government requirements that affect small enterprises.
Colleagues describe her as practical and exacting in legal analysis. She tends to break complex problems into manageable steps. That method has appealed to clients who want clear options and direct counsel rather than legalese. Her practice balances advocacy in court with counseling aimed at avoiding needless litigation.
Albritton also maintains professional connections within the Oklahoma legal community and keeps current on developments that affect local practice. She participates in continuing education and attends gatherings where practicing lawyers discuss changes in state rules and emerging case law. That engagement helps her keep procedures and arguments aligned with present standards.
Today she is based at the Albritton Law Office where she handles client matters across civil practice areas. Her current practice centers on representing individuals and small businesses in disputes and advising them on preventative steps to reduce future conflict.
