About Tammy
Tammy Marzigliano earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2001 after attending Quinnipiac University. Her legal education anchored an interest in labor and employment matters that would shape her professional path. She completed law school at a time when employment law was becoming a steadily evolving field, and she entered practice prepared for complex workplace disputes.
Admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, Marzigliano built a career that combines courtroom experience and association work. She has maintained memberships in several national and local professional organizations that focus on employment and litigation. Those affiliations have kept her engaged with developments in employment statutes, case law, and procedural rules in both states where she is licensed.
Marzigliano is an active participant in bar and advocacy groups. She holds membership in the National Employment Law Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association’s New York affiliate. She is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. At the national level, she takes part in the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, serving on the Employment and Labor Relations Committee. Her involvement with the American Association for Justice’s Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee included a leadership role; she served as Chair of the Employment Rights Executive Board.
Her career blends trial work and advocacy. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and persistent in pursuing remedies for workplace grievances. She has worked on matters that require detailed fact investigations, witness preparation, and motion practice. She approaches litigation with an emphasis on clear factual narratives and practical legal strategy. Clients and peers see her as someone who prioritizes thorough case development and close attention to procedural deadlines.
Outside of court filings and hearings, Marzigliano contributes through committee work and membership activity. She participates in meetings and continuing legal education programs aimed at refining litigation techniques and clarifying employment law trends. That combination of hands-on litigation and association engagement shapes how she advises clients and frames legal arguments.
She currently practices in New York and Connecticut, where her work centers on employment law matters.
