About Suzanne M.

Suzanne M. Disparte began formal legal study in 2005 and received her J.D. from Brigham Young University in 2008. Those years at BYU Law shaped the technical groundwork she uses today. Course work and clinic experiences during law school gave her early exposure to practical problem solving and courtroom procedure.

After law school, Disparte moved into private practice and established a multi-jurisdictional presence. She is licensed to practice in Utah and has maintained active participation in professional associations. Over time she built a practice that serves clients who require counsel on matters connected to Utah law and strategy that often crosses municipal and state lines.

Her work has taken her into a mix of office and court settings. She maintains offices in Los Angeles and Glendale, which allow her to meet clients in Southern California while coordinating filings and appearances tied to Utah jurisdictional requirements. The two-office arrangement reflects a practice that operates where clients are located while anchoring substantive legal work in her admitted jurisdiction.

Colleagues describe Disparte as methodical in her preparation. She tends to break complex problems into discrete tasks and to map out procedural steps in plain terms for clients. That approach shows up in file management and in how she presents options during client meetings. She also participates in continuing legal education and professional gatherings. Those activities keep her current on changes in procedure and statutory developments that affect cases and transactions in her specialty areas.

Outside the office she has stayed engaged with peers through professional membership, attending conferences and local meetings. Those connections have supported cross-jurisdictional collaboration on matters that require coordination with counsel in other states. Her practice has grown through client referrals and relationships developed at those events.

She currently concentrates on legal matters arising under Utah law while operating out of offices in Los Angeles and Glendale.
