About Stuart
Stuart Reich earned a B.A. in Political Science and English from Allegheny College in 1991 and went on to receive his J.D. from Cleveland State University in 1994. He completed law school as the mid-1990s brought rapid movement in his early legal career. Those formative years helped shape a practice that would later span several states.
He began his legal work as an associate at Margaret Wong & Associates in 1995. A year later he moved to Levitt & Needleman, P.C., and in 1998 he joined Fragomen, Del Rey, Bersen & Loewy P.C. Each stop added new responsibilities and different perspectives on practice management and client work. By the time he left Fragomen he had several years of hands-on experience in private firm settings.
In 2003 he established his own firm and has served as principal of the Law Offices of Stuart J. Reich, PLLC since then. Running a small firm has required attention to both casework and the practical demands of managing an office. It has also given him the freedom to shape the kinds of matters he handles and the jurisdictions in which he practices.
Reich is admitted to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. He has been a member of the New York County Lawyers Association Immigration Committee since 2005, maintaining that association while overseeing his firm. His admission in multiple states allows him to take on matters that cross state lines and to advise clients whose needs span more than one jurisdiction.
His career path — from associate roles at several firms to the principal of his own practice — reflects a steady accumulation of practical experience. Colleagues and clients have encountered him in settings that range from firm corridors to committee meetings. He has continued to engage with professional organizations while managing a private practice.
He currently runs the Law Offices of Stuart J. Reich, PLLC and handles immigration-related matters across Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. His current practice concentrates on immigration law and related legal issues in those jurisdictions.
