Steven Rocket Rosen was a criminal defense attorney based in Richmond, Texas — He was a 1980 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar on May 15, 1981. He was board-certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and various U.S. District Courts in Texas.
He was a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He was a former prosecutor in the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. He was a founding member of Rosen & Kovach, PLLC, located at 214 Morton Street, Richmond, TX 77469.
