About Steven
Steven Louth began his professional path with studies at Drake University and completed his law degree at the University of Denver. He took to the law in a period of change for criminal justice in Colorado. The combination of a Midwestern undergraduate education and a Denver law degree set a practical tone for his approach to cases and courtroom work.
Early in his career Louth served as a deputy district lawyer in Boulder in 1988. That role put him in the courtroom and required quick judgment on charging decisions, motions, and trial preparation. Louth has been a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar since 1988 and remains active in that organization.
