Mr. Eggleston earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law, graduating in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Whittier College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Whittier College School of Law, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in personal injury law.
Mr. Eggleston concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, including cases involving brain injuries, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Mr. Eggleston is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Chiropractic Association and has been involved in various committees, including the Personal Injury Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Eggleston is a published author, having written "Whiplash & Motor Vehicle Collisions," which is used as a resource in the field of personal injury law.
