About Steven A.
Steven A. Medina completed his undergraduate studies in English Language and Literature at the State University of New York at Albany before earning his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014. He combined a liberal arts background with legal training, a mixture that shaped his approach to legal writing and courtroom presentation. He remains connected to his law school community through the Temple American Inn of Court.
Early in his career Medina gathered experience across both private firms and government offices. He worked as a summer associate at Archer & Greiner in 2012 and served as a law clerk at Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2013. That same year he prosecuted practical skills as a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia District Lawyer's Office. In 2014 he participated in a clinical program with the United States Lawyer's Office and joined Gay & Chacker as an associate.
Over time Medina has developed courtroom experience and federal practice exposure. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Those admissions have allowed him to handle civil matters in both state and federal forums and to appear on behalf of clients before district judges when cases have required it.
Outside of casework he is active in the Philadelphia legal community. He holds memberships in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Lawyers Club and participates in Philadelphia Big Brothers Big Sisters. As a fellow of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group he engages in efforts aimed at expanding access and representation within the profession.
Medina currently serves as an associate at Grant Eisenhofer P.A. He brings experience from earlier associate and clerk positions into his current practice. His day-to-day work involves litigation in state and federal courts, and he remains involved in trial-focused organizations and pro bono efforts in the Philadelphia area. As of 2026 he practices as an associate at Grant Eisenhofer P.A., handling civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.
