About Steven A.
Steven A. Brown earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2016 after completing a Bachelor of Science at Texas A&M University in 2012. Those years shaped his legal foundation. Law school placed him in the middle of a busy legal market, and his undergraduate training at Texas A&M gave him a practical, analytical approach.
He began his legal career after earning his law degree and has built a practice that spans state and federal venues. He is admitted to the State of Texas and to multiple federal courts, including the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the District Court for the District of Columbia, the District of Nebraska and the Fifth Circuit. Those admissions allow him to represent clients across a broad geographic area and in appellate settings.
His courtroom work has taken him into both trial and appellate forums. Being admitted in several federal districts and the Fifth Circuit means he files pleadings, argues motions and appears at hearings in multiple jurisdictions. He has navigated procedural and evidentiary issues that arise when cases move between state and federal court.
Brown practices at Reddy & Neumann, P.C. There he works alongside other litigators and attorneys on matters that require attention in different courts. His colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing filings and deliberate when presenting arguments. He approaches each file by assessing jurisdictional posture and timing, then mapping the next procedural steps.
Outside the courtroom, Brown keeps current with procedural developments and local court rules. He draws on his academic background and on practical courtroom experience when preparing briefs or responding to complex discovery requests. His work reflects a steady application of law to the facts at hand rather than an emphasis on rhetoric.
He currently practices at Reddy & Neumann, P.C., handling matters that require appearances in both state and federal courts.
