About Steve M.
Steve M. Przesmicki built his legal foundation at the University of Wisconsin. He earned a B.A. in political science from UW–Madison in 1989 and returned to the school for his J.D., which he received in 1995. Those years in Madison shaped his early approach to law. They also provided the academic grounding he carried into private practice.
After law school, Przesmicki entered private practice and later served as a partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. At the firm he handled matters that spanned client counseling and firm-level strategy. He worked with teams inside and outside the firm to align legal work with business goals. Colleagues remember him as methodical in preparing matters and steady when issues required detailed attention.
Przesmicki is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and California.
