About Stephen William Morse

Stephen William Morse II earned his undergraduate degree in finance at the University of Florida, completing a B.S. in 2008. He went on to Wake Forest University School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2011. Those years shaped his legal foundation and set the course for his work in Florida courts.

After law school, Morse began practicing in Florida. He is admitted to the state’s bar and has developed a practice centered on injury matters. Early years in practice included courtroom work and client counseling. He learned how to prepare cases for trial and how to explain complex legal issues to people under stress.

Morse has kept a presence in local legal circles. He joined the Florida Justice Association in 2016 and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association in 2019. Those memberships put him in regular contact with other trial lawyers and with continuing-education opportunities. Outside the courtroom he engages with the community through the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale, where he has been active since 2019.

He also maintains a role in business networking. Since 2017 Morse has served as Visitor Host Coordinator for the BNI Innovators chapter of Fort Lauderdale. That role involves organizing meetings and welcoming prospective members. It places him at the intersection of small business and community outreach, and it complements his client-facing work at the firm.

Morse practices from Morse Injury Firm, P.A., in Florida. His day-to-day work involves preparing claims, consulting with clients about options after accidents, and pressing cases toward resolution. He spends time investigating incidents, working with experts when needed, and taking cases to trial when settlement proves insufficient. His colleagues describe him as methodical in trial preparation and direct when explaining next steps to clients.

Colleagues and clients have noted his steady involvement in professional and civic groups. He balances trial preparation with local engagement and networking. That mix of courtroom experience, community activity, and practice management shapes how he approaches each file. He currently represents clients across Florida in personal injury matters and handles litigation on their behalf.
