Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric in 1989. During his time at Humphreys College, he demonstrated academic excellence, culminating in his selection as valedictorian.

Mr. Imburg's practice areas encompass personal injury law, business law, and insurance coverage. He represents clients in matters involving car accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, business contracts, and insurance disputes. His practice includes all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery to settlement negotiations and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Imburg has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Stanislaus, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a law firm in Modesto for several years.

Mr. Imburg is an active member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Imburg is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Central Valley effectively.
