Beyond traditional litigation, Mr. Royce has developed expertise in alternative dispute resolution. He completed mediation training under the American Arbitration Association, equipping him with the necessary skills to facilitate negotiations and resolve conflicts outside of court. His experience includes mediating special education matters for Albuquerque Public Schools, where he worked to find equitable solutions for students and families.
