Stephen Reid Moorhead is a seasoned real estate attorney based in Pensacola, Florida — His legal career began with his admission to the Florida Bar on October 17, 1986. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the practice of law, earning a reputation for his expertise in real estate matters. In 1992, he achieved Board Certification in Real Estate Law from The Florida Bar’s Committee on Education and Legal Specialization—a distinction that shows his commitment to excellence in the field. Throughout his career, Moorhead has been recognized for both his legal acumen and his active involvement in the community, solidifying his status as a leader in the Pensacola area. Moorhead earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1986, shortly before beginning his practice. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University, which complements his legal expertise. A sixth-generation Floridian, he is married to Rhonda, a former public school teacher. Together, they have four sons and a granddaughter, embodying a family deeply rooted in the local community and committed to its future.
