About Stephen
Stephen Murray built a career that bridges business training and courtroom practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Drake University in 2007. He then returned to school for law and graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Law in 2013. Those years establish the educational spine of his legal work.
Murray entered practice in the Midwest. He became an associate lawyer at Hennessy & Roach, PC in 2016. That position placed him in day-to-day client work and litigation tasks. Over time he took on more responsibility for case preparation, discovery and negotiating settlements.
In 2023 he opened Ironclad Injury Law, LLC and took the title Owner and Principal Counsel. The move marked a shift from working in a larger firm environment to leading his own practice. Running a small firm required him to manage both the legal and administrative sides of representation. He handles intake, case strategy and courtroom preparation for the matters his office accepts.
Murray is licensed in three neighboring states. He holds membership in the State Bar of Nebraska (since 2016), the State Bar of Missouri and the State Bar of Iowa. He maintains active memberships in those bars and prosecutes matters in state courts across the region. That multi-state admission allows him to take cases for clients who live and work in more than one jurisdiction.
His academic background in marketing and finance informs how he approaches case development. He pays attention to how cases are framed for juries and how damages are evaluated. The combination of business training and trial experience guides how he prepares evidence and counsels clients about settlement options.
