About Stephanie
Stephanie McLeester trained first as a student of criminal justice and then as a lawyer. Her academic path began at Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she completed the coursework and clinical experiences that prepared her for practice in Arizona.
After law school, McLeester qualified to practice in Arizona. She now works in the state's legal community and is licensed to appear in Arizona courts. Her route into the profession followed a conventional path from undergraduate study to law school and then into day-to-day practice. The combination of a criminal justice undergraduate degree and a J.D. gives her a particular lens for assessing fact patterns and procedural questions.
Her career has placed her at Goldman Law, LLC, where she is part of the firm’s team serving clients in Arizona. At the firm she handles matters that reflect the needs of individuals and businesses who come through the office. Her role includes advising clients, preparing filings, and representing people in court when litigation is necessary. She balances client meetings with casework and court appearances.
McLeester keeps current with professional standards and maintains active memberships in professional associations. She attends continuing legal education and participates in the routines of a practicing lawyer in a state bar jurisdiction. That engagement helps her stay familiar with changes in procedure and court rules that affect daily practice.
Colleagues describe her as practical and clear in court filings and client conversations. She takes a straightforward approach to legal analysis, breaking complex problems into manageable tasks. Time spent studying criminal justice at Southeast Missouri State University informs how she evaluates evidence and assesses risk for clients.
Her practice is based in Arizona at Goldman Law, LLC. She is available to represent clients in state matters and to provide legal counsel on a range of issues. Her current practice focuses on advising and representing clients across a variety of legal matters in Arizona.
