About Stephanie

Stephanie Lisiecki earned her Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law. She completed her legal studies there and entered the profession equipped with the training the program provides. Her formal education laid the groundwork for steady work in the law.

At Florida Coastal School of Law, Lisiecki moved through a curriculum designed to cover core areas of practice. The J.D. program exposed her to substantive coursework and practical exercises common to contemporary legal training. Those classroom and clinic experiences informed the techniques she uses in research, case preparation and written advocacy.

Lisiecki maintains active membership in professional associations. She participates in organized bar and legal groups to stay current with changes to statutes, procedure and professional standards. Those memberships also offer routine opportunities for continuing legal education and interaction with peers.

Across her career, Lisiecki has handled matters that require careful analysis, client interviewing and negotiation. She applies ordinary tools of practice — statutory interpretation, factual investigation and courtroom procedure — to represent clients. Her work involves drafting pleadings and managing the procedural requirements that accompany litigation and transactional matters. Colleagues describe her approach as steady and pragmatic; she emphasizes clear communication and practical problem solving when advising clients.

Outside casework, Lisiecki spends time on ongoing professional development and on the administrative tasks that keep a practice functioning: docket management, client intake and file maintenance. She takes a methodical approach to deadlines and paperwork, which helps reduce surprises in contested matters. Her practice also relies on maintaining an understanding of local court rules and filing practices.

She currently practices law and concentrates her work on client representation.
