About Stephane
Stephane Quinn earned a B.B.A. in Philosophy from California State University, Long Beach in 2008. He went on to receive his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2011. The two degrees reflect a mix of practical business training and legal study. They also set the stage for a practice that spans both state and federal courtrooms.
After completing his legal education, Quinn began practicing law in California. He built experience in matters that required appearances across several federal districts as well as in state court. Over time he expanded the scope of his work to include appellate filings and district court litigation. He has balanced courtroom work and written advocacy throughout his career.
Quinn is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also holds admission in multiple federal trial courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California. Those admissions shape the kinds of cases he accepts and the venues where he regularly appears. They also require familiarity with procedural rules at both the trial and appellate levels.
He maintains memberships in professional organizations and participates in bar-related activities. Quinn’s practice involves preparing pleadings, briefing motions and appearing for hearings in state and federal forums. He often works on matters that involve complex procedural issues and inter-district practice. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical; he prioritizes clear written work and careful court preparation. He prefers to let the record tell the story and to resolve disputes through careful legal argument when possible.
Quinn keeps a practical eye on litigation strategy and court procedure. He monitors changes in federal and state rules that affect litigation and appellate work. The blend of business training from his undergraduate degree and his law school experience informs how he frames legal problems for clients and courts. He currently focuses his practice on representing clients in state and federal court matters.
