Stephan Isaiah Voudris is a dedicated labor and employment law attorney based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. He has earned recognition as a Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University of Ohio in 1984. Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Voudris spent six years at the Cleveland office of Jones Day, a prominent international law firm known for its extensive legal expertise. Following that, he spent fourteen years in Miami, Florida, at Jorden Burt LLP, a firm with a strong presence in Washington, D.C. These experiences gave him the skills necessary to navigate complex legal challenges.
In 2011, he returned to Ohio with a renewed focus on representing employees as a plaintiff's contingency fee attorney, emphasizing his commitment to advocating for workers' rights. Throughout his career, Mr. Voudris has represented numerous clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. His involvement in complex litigation and class action lawsuits spans the country, including appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court and various federal circuit courts of appeals. Voudris is actively engaged in community service. He serves as the head coach of Kenston's Speech and Debate Team and Mock Trial Team at both the high school and middle school levels. Additionally, he holds the position of Treasurer for We Care for Kenston and is a member of the Bainbridge Civic Club.
