About Stanley Dale
Stanley Dale Radtke is an attorney admitted to practice in California and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2004 and began building a practice that would touch both appellate work and immigration matters. He has combined courtroom work, appellate filings and pro bono service into a varied legal career.
After law school Radtke joined the Law Offices of Haitham Edward Ballout as an associate in 2005. In that early period he gained experience handling client matters and participating in litigation practice. Five years into his career he took on appellate assignments when he began serving as appointed counsel for the First District Appellate Project in 2010. That role placed him on cases arising in state appellate courts, where he worked on briefs and court filings for appointed matters.
In 2012 Radtke moved into an of counsel position at Mira Law Group, APC. That association broadened his exposure to complex casework and the supportive role attorneys play at different stages of a matter. His resume shows steady involvement in appellate procedure and post-trial work, along with duties typical of counsel brought in for particular projects or appeals.
Outside of paid work, Radtke remains active in pro bono service. He volunteers with the Bar Association of San Francisco and serves as a pro bono lawyer in immigration court. That volunteer work places him in front of immigration adjudicators and gives him direct experience with individual client advocacy in a court setting. It also reflects sustained participation in organized bar activities rather than a single short-term effort.
Colleagues describe Radtke as an attorney who combines appellate practice experience with courtroom familiarity from immigration work. Over time he has balanced appointed appellate assignments, private practice roles and volunteer representation. He is known for steady preparation of briefs and for handling procedural aspects of appeals and immigration hearings.
As of 2026 Radtke remains involved in litigation and appellate matters and continues his volunteer work in immigration court with the Bar Association of San Francisco. He currently practices in areas that include appellate advocacy and immigration-related court representation.
