About Stacey

Stacey Clark took an unconventional path to law but arrived with a clear sense of purpose. She completed dual undergraduate degrees at the University of Florida in 2000, earning a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Criminology. She returned to legal studies at the University of Florida and received her J.D. in 2003. Nova Southeastern University also appears on her academic record from 2001, reflecting additional graduate-level study during the early years of her professional formation.

Her early career moved quickly into federal practice. She gained admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida in 2005. That was followed by admission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in 2011 and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2012. Over time Clark expanded her professional affiliations to include national practitioner groups. She joined the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives in 2010 and became a member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates in 2013. She also held a short-term listing in Cambridge Who’s Who in 2010–2011.

Her work centers on benefits law. She handles veterans’ benefits matters and Social Security disability claims. Cases vary in scale and complexity. Some require administrative advocacy before the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Social Security Administration. Others proceed to federal courts. Clark’s courtroom admissions reflect that mix. She files appeals and represents clients at hearings. She also prepares the records and legal filings those matters require.

Colleagues and clients have described her as steady and pragmatic. She takes time to map out a claim’s trajectory. She explains milestones and likely outcomes. There are procedural hurdles in veterans’ and disability law. Clark treats them as discrete tasks. She pursues the evidence, assembles medical records, and presses for diagnostic clarity when needed.

Outside those core practice areas she maintains professional ties across the bar and national organizations. Those memberships help her track regulatory changes and procedural shifts at both the VA and Social Security Administration. They also provide forums for continuing education and peer discussion.

Clark is currently based at Morgan & Morgan, where she handles veterans benefits and Social Security disability matters. Her practice focuses on representation before administrative agencies and on appeals in federal courts.
