About Srdjan

Srdjan Milenkovic earned an LL.M. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2006, where his studies concentrated on personal injury, real estate and immigration law. He arrived at graduate study with an interest in several areas that intersect frequently in New York’s courts and administrative agencies. The LL.M. year gave him advanced coursework and exposure to practical issues that would shape his later practice.

After completing his degree, Milenkovic established his practice in New York. He is licensed to practice in that state and has spent his career handling matters that reflect the subjects of his graduate work. His caseload has included individual injury claims, real estate transactions and disputes, and immigration matters brought by private clients. He appears before local tribunals and works with administrative processes as part of those matters.

Milenkovic’s legal work spans both litigation and transactional tasks. In personal injury cases he manages evidence gathering, medical documentation and negotiations with insurers. In real estate he deals with closings, title issues and disputes that follow from property transfers. In immigration he assists clients through filings and hearings required by federal and state procedures. He draws on his LL.M. training when preparing complex filings and explaining procedural options to clients.

Those who come to his office often find a lawyer who concentrates on practical problem solving. He organizes matters to keep deadlines visible and steps clear. He communicates regularly about case status and next steps. That approach is reflected in the way matters are prepared for hearings and negotiations.

Milenkovic practices at the Milenkovic Law Group in New York. The firm handles individual clients and small businesses across the areas listed in his academic focus. Office work combines client meetings, document preparation and court or agency appearances. Staff and outside professionals are coordinated as needed to assemble records and expert reports.

Two decades after his LL.M., he continues to work in the areas that defined his graduate study. His current practice concentrates on personal injury, real estate and immigration matters in New York.
