Soren David Rosenthal is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992 and holds bar number 161440. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Rosenthal is the founding attorney at Rosenthal Law, a personal injury law firm with offices in Roseville and Sacramento, California. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout the Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
Mr. Rosenthal earned his Juris Doctor degree from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. During his time at McGeorge, he participated in the International Moot Court Competition, where he was recognized as a finalist.
Mr. Rosenthal concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury law, representing individuals who have suffered injuries due to accidents and negligence. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. He has handled cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, and more complex litigation involving negligence and product liability.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rosenthal has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has also appeared before various state courts in California. Prior to founding Rosenthal Law, he worked as a partner at Rosenthal & Kreeger from 2014 to 2020 and at Demas & Rosenthal from 1995 to 2012. He has been actively involved in the legal community, serving as vice president for the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, the association for plaintiff trial attorneys in the Sacramento region.
Mr. Rosenthal is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He holds membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also rated 10/10 by AVVO and "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Rosenthal is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Sacramento area effectively.
