About Skiles K
Skiles K Jones trained at Florida A&M University College of Law and earned his J.D. in 2016. He arrived in the Florida legal community soon after. Law school shaped his early perspective on practice and public service.
He joined the Orange County Bar Association in 2017, taking part in the local bar community and its programs. Two years later he took the next step in his career by establishing Patriot Legal Group. He is listed as owner of the firm beginning in 2019. Around the same time he also took on a leadership role in a national organization that connects veterans and real estate professionals.
Since 2019 Jones has served as vice president of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals. That post places him at the intersection of housing, real estate transaction issues and the concerns of veterans. He participates in events and initiatives intended to improve access to housing resources and to connect service members with industry professionals. His bar membership and association work reflect ongoing involvement in professional networks across Florida.
Colleagues describe his practice as practical and transaction-minded. He works on matters that often touch on property and housing for veterans, and he handles related legal questions that arise in everyday real estate dealings. He brings courtroom training and transactional knowledge from his time at law school to the firm’s files. Jones divides his time between the responsibilities of running Patriot Legal Group and his roles in professional associations. He maintains an active presence in Orange County’s legal circles while handling client matters for individuals and small businesses. He has continued in his vice presidential role at the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals since 2019, a position that has shaped part of his practice priorities.
He currently practices law in Florida through Patriot Legal Group, handling real estate matters and related issues for veterans and other clients.
