Sheryl Susan Graf is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995 and holds bar number 176233. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Graf is the owner of the Law Offices of Sheryl S. Graf, a criminal defense firm located in Lakeside, California. She has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout San Diego County.
Ms. Graf earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at an undisclosed institution. During her time at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, she was actively involved in various legal organizations and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Ms. Graf concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense, including misdemeanors, felonies, warrants, traffic violations, DMV hearings, theft offenses, domestic violence, and DUI/DWI cases. She represents individuals at all stages of the legal process, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Graf has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Diego for five years.
Ms. Graf is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the San Diego County Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Graf is fluent in English, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of San Diego County effectively.
