Shaun Kendig Boss is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1976. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Boss is a partner at his own law firm located at 306 Upas Street, San Diego, CA 92103. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout the San Diego area and beyond.

Mr. Boss earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1976. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at San Diego State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a minor in Political Science in 1973. During his time at the University of San Diego, he was a staff writer for the San Diego Law Review and participated in Moot Court.

Mr. Boss concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, business law, and estate planning. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving contract disputes, property transactions, and the creation of wills and trusts. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Boss has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Diego for several years.

Mr. Boss is an active member of the California Lawyers Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license and is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Boss is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of San Diego County effectively.
