Shannon Victoria Baker is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Baker is a partner at Rothschild Wishek & Sands LLP, a law firm located in Sacramento, California. Ms. Baker earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 2000. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at San Diego State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1998. During her time at the University of San Diego, she was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in the field of law.
