Mr. Samimi earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. During his time at Berkeley, he was involved in various student organizations and activities.
Mr. Samimi concentrates his practice in the areas of government and administrative law, business law, and cannabis and marijuana law. He represents clients in matters involving regulatory compliance, zoning issues, environmental concerns, and land use disputes.
