About Sean T.
Sean T. Flynn built his legal career steadily and on his own terms. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2010 and is admitted to practice in Texas. He entered the profession at a time of steady change in litigation practice and shaped his work through early hands-on roles.
After law school he joined Jason Wylie Law in 2010 as a lawyer. That role gave him immediate courtroom exposure and client contact. A year later he moved to Fears Nachawati, where he continued to represent plaintiffs and worked on case development and litigation strategy. Those years in two distinct environments exposed him to different approaches to case handling and to both individual and mass litigation.
In 2016 he took on a position as Consumer Liaison on the State Bar of Texas Young Lawyers Committee, serving through 2017. He also holds membership in the Larry E. Kelly Inn of Court, an organization that brings lawyers together for mentoring and programmatic work. These affiliations reflect an interest in collegial exchange and professional development rather than public leadership roles.
In 2019 he established The Law Offices of Sean T. Flynn PLLC. Setting up his own firm allowed him to manage cases from intake through resolution and to build the administrative side of a small practice. Running the firm broadened his responsibilities. He handled client intake, discovery, advocacy and the business matters that come with a solo or small-firm practice.
Flynn’s career shows a steady trajectory from associate roles to proprietor. He gained litigation experience early and then translated that into running his own office. Colleagues describe him as practical and detail-oriented in the way he prepares cases. He has worked on matters that require both negotiation and courtroom readiness.
He currently maintains The Law Offices of Sean T. Flynn PLLC. His practice emphasizes consumer law and plaintiff-side litigation, drawing on his years in litigation roles and his work as a consumer liaison for the State Bar of Texas.
